• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not use our platform for fraudulent activities

Payment terms for our services:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the time of booking or service completion
• We accept various payment methods including cards, UPI, and digital wallets
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Additional charges may apply for premium services

Nonstop Courier&Cargo Pvt.Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Actions of third-party service providers
• Technical issues or system downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by service:

• Swift Delivery: Cancellation allowed before pickup
• NTaxi: Cancellation charges may apply after driver assignment
• GoTix: Subject to event organizer's cancellation policy
• Courier: Cancellation allowed before dispatch

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Nonstop Courier&Cargo Pvt.Ltd or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Reverse engineer our software or systems
• Create derivative works based on our platform

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
