Openings & Specific Requirements: 1. TEAM LEADER (10 Positions) Role: You will lead a pod of 10-15 Sr. Executives and Executives. Responsibilities: Monitor daily call metrics of your team. Conduct virtual training sessions on pitching Franchise/Vendor models. Help your team close tough leads and convert inquiries into sign-ups. Report daily recruitment numbers to management. Requirements: Proven experience in team handling (preferably telesales or BPO). Must have own laptop and high-speed internet. 2. SR. TELE MARKETING EXECUTIVE (100 Positions) Role: Handle warm leads and convert high-value Franchise/Vendor partnerships. Responsibilities: Make 80-100 calls per day to potential business partners. Explain the ROI (Return on Investment) of partnering with us. Follow up on pending applications and documentation. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B telemarketing or Franchise sales. Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English preferred). 3. TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE (1000 Positions) Role: The front-line warriors. Generate interest and fix appointments for the Senior team. Responsibilities: Make high-volume calls (150+ per day) to prospective leads from our database. Identify serious candidates interested in Franchise/Vendor/Delivery partnerships. Gather basic data and transfer the qualified lead to the Sr. Executive or Team Leader. Requirements: Fluent in Hindi (English is a plus but not mandatory). Must have a basic smartphone and a stable internet connection. Freshers are encouraged to apply!
